    ONGOING EDUCATION & MANDATORY TESTING

    Our inspectors are required to participate in continuing education programs. The Real Estate and Building Industries are constantly changing, therefore S.P.I. inspectors are required to re-certify each year to further increase their knowledge and expertise.

    The fee that S.P.I. charges for a home inspection is typically based on the square footage of the home inspected.  Our pricing system allows you to receive a quality home inspection while providing you with competitive prices no matter what the size of the home is.
